- Each pass admits one person only. This pass in Non-Transferable and non-refundable.

- Entrant grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of recording of any audio, video or still footage made of the holder’s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any or all media globally and for advertising publicly and promotions relating hereto.
- Participants are not allowed to record any part of the seminar using any audio or video device.
- Organizers reserve the right to perform security check on invitees/members of audience at any point. Including the entry point for security reasons. Security procedures, including frisking remains the right of the management. Your Cooperation is solicited.
- You shall not use or display within the venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by written confirmation from organizers.
- Venues rules and regulations, etc. unless in direct conflict with the above shall be applicable in addition to the above.
- Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced.
- Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the Site.
- Every guest is required to be in possession of his/her ENTRY TICKET at all times. This ticket has to be produced at the point of entry and exit.
- Any guest who is not in possession of their ENTRY TICKET will be immediately escorted out of the event.
- Guests are advised to enter the location 30 mts before the start in order to avoid long queues at the main entrance.
- The event officially begins at the advertised time.
- Organisers reserves the right to remove any individual/s from the venue if they are believed to be causing disruption to the event.
- Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and organisers will not be held liable for disruption or cancellation of the event due to Natural disasters, Acts of God, Riots and Strikes or Government rulings.
- Food and snacks are not allowed from outside.
