This visa lets you come to Australia to marry your prospective spouse and then apply for a partner visa.
With this visa you can, stay in Australia for between 9 and 15 months from the date of grant of visa, work, and study in Australia.
To be eligible for this visa,
- Both you and your fiancé must be aged 18 years or over.
- Need to have a sponsor who is an Australian citizen, Permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
- Intend to get married Before the visa period ends.
- Be outside of Australia when you apply for this visa.
