Practitioners are reminded that the disclosure statement prescribed under the Retail Leases Regulations2003 that a landlord is required to provide under the Retail Leases Act 2003 changed from 1 January 2011.
Practitioners acting for landlord clients should now only use the new prescribed disclosure statement as required under the Retail Leases Act 2003.
