“Australia Giving Away 100,000 PRs to Indian Citizens” is a visa scam

A new visa scam has come to light targeting Indian citizens. In a statement to SBS Radio’s Gujarati language program the immigration spokesperson has confirmed that the Department of Immigration and Border Protection is aware that there are scams operating in the South Asian region, seeking financial gain based on a promise of a visa to Australia and/or employment in Australia. Judge accused of migration bias Australia

Federal Circuit Court judge Alexander Street has been accused of apprehended bias following his rejection of hundreds of migrant appeals.

Recently appointed Judge Street rejected 252 migration appeals out of the 254 total rulings he delivered between January and June 2015, with many cases dismissed at the first court date when evidence gathering and hearing scheduling is usually discussed.
